President
Brayton was born and raised in Indianapolis and developed a strong work ethic and passion for leadership early in life. After graduating from Ball State University, he built a successful career in commercial construction, contributing to large-scale and complex projects. His experience managing logistics, timelines, and job site efficiency now directly supports the operational excellence and reliability that define 3G Waste.
With firsthand knowledge of construction site demands, Brayton understands the critical role dependable roll-off dumpster service plays in keeping projects on schedule and organized. His background gives 3G Waste a unique advantage—combining construction insight with practical waste solutions to better serve contractors, businesses, and homeowners throughout the greater Indianapolis area.
Brayton and his wife, Jenna, reside in the Indianapolis area with their daughter Calla, and their two dogs.
Amanda Looney, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Amanda Looney serves as the Chief Financial Officer of 3G Waste, bringing more than 15 years of dedicated accounting experience to the company. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Amanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Purdue University and her Master’s in Accounting from Indiana University. She spent over a decade in public accounting, managing clients at one of the largest CPA firms in the greater Indianapolis area, where she developed extensive expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
At 3G Waste, Amanda oversees all financial operations, ensuring transparency, accountability, and sound fiscal management as the company continues to grow throughout the Indianapolis market. Her strong analytical background and commitment to integrity help support the straightforward, upfront pricing and dependable service customers rely on.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Amanda resides in Fishers and enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg, and their two sons.

Jenna was raised on the southwest side of Indianapolis and is a proud graduate of Decatur Central High School, where she met her husband, Brayton. She continued her education at Ball State University before earning her degree in Dental Hygiene from Colorado Northwestern. Jenna has built her professional career around service, precision, and care—values that naturally align with the dependable and straightforward approach at 3G Waste.
As a busy wife, mother, and dog owner, Jenna understands the importance of reliability, efficiency, and trust when managing both home and work responsibilities.
